The diversity of culinary excellence was on full display last month in Chicago at the 2025 MenuMasters Awards, presented by Nation’s Restaurant News and sponsored by Ventura Foods. Honorees ranged from Chili’s, recognized for the viral cheese pull of its Nashville Hot Mozzarella Sticks, to world-renowned chef Dominique Crenn, who was inducted into the prestigious MenuMasters Hall of Fame. Now in its 28th year, the MenuMasters Awards recognize culinary innovation across the industry and bring those leaders together for one-of-a-kind kitchen collaborations, plus an iconic awards ceremony and after party in Chicago each spring. Hundreds of restaurant operators attended the invitation-only event to toast the honorees, sample one-of-a-kind dishes crafted by the winners, and dance the night away at an epic afterparty.
